Rate of pay: up to £20 per hour (+ extra for nights)

About our nursing staff
Our Nurses collaborate with our carers to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You’ll be responsible for a range of clinical care and professional support, including:
- Delivering high-quality care in line with benchmarking standards and clinical indicators
- Promoting and supporting the development of clinical practice
- Continuously evaluating care quality and reassessing resident needs
- Administering and ordering medicines, dressings, and more as required
- Participating in essential resident reviews and Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records
As a Senior Nurse, you would have additional responsibilities including:
- Carrying out staff supervisions
- Supporting junior nurses with their development
About You
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Registered Nurse (Senior Nurses will be minimum Band 5)
- Minimum of two years’ post-registration experience in the UK
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and nursing practice
- Demonstrable resource management abilities
- Strong soft skills including communication, prioritization, working under pressure, using initiative, motivation, and problem-solving
- Good knowledge of IT and adaptability to systems
- Fluency in English
